Who’s reading this while drinking coffee?
I was always surprised by the lack of negative studies related to coffee. (I don’t believe there is free lunch when it comes to brain.)
Also, are we talking about caffeine or coffee here? What about green or black tea? Tea is full of caffeine. Generationally, we’ve been told that tea is good for you.
From personal expeeriance I belive that caffeine raises cortisol. I’m prone to irritation after consuming coffee. And cortisol is not a happy hormone and it won’t help with your immune system. This much is obvious. Coffee won’t mellow you down. I know people who got their panic attack triggered by having a cup of coffee.
