This article resonated more than you know.

I’m struggling with Jack Kerouac’s On The Road. This is my second time trying to finish it.

I love the premise behind the Beat generation. It fits perfectly into my reading list. But the way it’s written drives me crazy. His sentences never seem to stop. It feels like the whole book is just one long entry that starts developing subplots along the way. I felt exhausted after reading the first 30 pages. I hope I’ll finish it this time. Maybe the end will sway my mind.
