Our rituals keep us sane. I’ve experianced the same shower thought. I’m on quarantine day 70-something now. And trying to do most of the stuff I’d done before being locked-up helps deal with the whole crisis.

The longer I’m in quarantine, the better it gets. I’d also add that accepting the new state of stuff will help ease off frustrations.

Accept that you won’t be clubbing any time soon, but still, keep in touch with your friends, have an indoor date night, and exercise in your living room.
